new + revised field specs for treatments #27
Description
Need three fields for JSON response for treatments:
"treatmentAuthor" = subSubSection[@type = 'nomenclature']//taxonomicName[@status]/@authorityName OR /document/@docAuthor
"pubOrigin" = /document/@docOrigin
"pubAuthor" = /document/@docAuthor
