Hi,

I was testing psc-ide-emacs with the 27.1 Emacs release candidate, and I ran into the follow error:

What system is this on? I see path starts with /gnu, which sounds like a little odd of a location for user files.

Also, how exactly did this error happen, was it installation from Melpa?
