Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

We are committed to fostering an open, welcoming, inclusive, and respectful community for everyone participating in this project.

As contributors, maintainers, and community members, we pledge to make participation in our project a harassment-free experience for everyone regardless of:

  • Sexual identity and orientation

Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contribute to a positive environment include:

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language
  • Respecting differing viewpoints and experiences
  • Giving and accepting constructive feedback gracefully
  • Showing empathy toward other contributors
  • Helping beginners and supporting collaborative learning
  • Maintaining professionalism in discussions and reviews

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or hateful conduct
  • Trolling, insulting, or derogatory comments
  • Personal or political attacks
  • Public or private harassment
  • Sharing someone else's private information without permission
  • Any behavior that would be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

Enforcement Responsibilities

Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards of acceptable behavior.

Maintainers may remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, issues, pull requests, or other contributions that violate this Code of Conduct.


Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all project spaces, including:

  • GitHub repositories
  • Issues and Pull Requests
  • Discussions and community forums
  • Project-related social or communication channels

It also applies when an individual officially represents the project in public spaces.


Reporting Guidelines

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it to the project maintainers through GitHub Issues or another designated communication method.

All reports will be reviewed fairly and handled respectfully and confidentially whenever possible.


Enforcement

Project maintainers may take appropriate action against contributors who violate this Code of Conduct, including:

  • Warning the contributor
  • Temporary suspension from community interactions
  • Permanent removal from the project community

The severity of the action will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation.
