Configurable Delimiters for CSV Import

Description:

We have encountered issues during the CSV import process for contacts in the Campaign plugin. Specifically, CSV files exported from Excel are not correctly assigning fields due to the use of different delimiters compared to those used by Google Sheets for example.

Request:

Allowing users to choose between different delimiters (e.g., comma, semicolon, tab) when importing CSV files.

Suggestion:

When importing a CSV file, users would see an option to select the delimiter:
Delimiter: [Comma (,), Semicolon (;), Tab ( )]

@devmansky I looked into how Feed Me handles delimiters in CSV file imports, and it allows it to be configured via a plugin config setting called csvColumnDelimiter. I’m thinking of following this convention, do you think this would be a sufficient solution for Campaign?
