Add Postmark's Bulk Send API

Now that Postmark has a bulk send API, it would be great to use this endpoint to send campaigns more efficiently.

The Bulk API requires defining message content in Postmark’s UI, and using Postmark-specific template variables to customise the message for each recipient. While this is possible to make work with Campaign, it adds significantly more work for the developer. Is speed of sending the reason for requesting this as a feature or is there something else?

Yeah, it's currently a dog to send out with Postmark. We switched from Mailgun because of the recent price increases. Not sure if the provider has anything to do with it or if we need to dig a little on our side for the lag.

Slow sends most often come down to unoptimised templates. You can use template caching for queries that are the same across contacts, which should have a noticeable effect.
