Custom Favicon for Okr staging

As dev as i want to switch as fast as possible between diffrent tabs, and because of the fact the local application and the staging application have the same icon it's impossible to distinguish them.

Add property in the config request to get the current favicon from the backend and change it based on the current profile

• The icon gets changed based on the current profile
• write unittests to check if the current icon is set based on the request
