primary sidebar toggling broken in 0.16.1

in my experience, I can no longer seem to toggle the primary (left) sidebar off by clicking the hamburger button

which is a serious impediment especially for courses, as I have to mirror my screen on a projector that typically has a rather poor definition as compared with my native screen, and in that context it is super useful to be able to make room

I add to add this to my requirements so I could use that feature again

Hey @parmentelat, this seems related to the Sphinx Theme Book, as we do not have a native collapsible sidebar in PST.
We already have another issue to track this and development work, so I will go ahead and close this issue as a duplicate.

thanks for the prompt feedback, and sorry for not having spotted the duplication, I was heading for the classroom at the time, it took me a little by surprise and was short on time..
