Check the output of docstrings for pbc modules

This PR https://github.com/pyscf/pyscf/pull/2538 changes the docstring for several modules. In next build of the online documentation, check the output of the new docstring in pages like https://pyscf.org/pyscf_api_docs/pyscf.pbc.html
