Implement Argo or Flux to solve some real-world deployment/delivery automation with Kubernetes.

For Hacktoberfest participants, PRs have to be submitted starting October 1st. I'll hold off on approval/merging until October 1st so you get credit.

I intermittently update various sections based on real world experience, but generally in a quick start demo.

Any TODO item in the main README.md is up for grabs in addition to this issue. Just need to open a new issue and reference it in a PR to contribute.
