New patch release 0.14.3 and RC candidate 0.15.0 with left/right symmetry change

I suggest to release the current crystal map shape fix on develop as a 0.14.3 patch release. Branch off of main, cherry-pick, release.

We can then make a release candidate 0.15.0 with the breaking left/right symmetry change from #653 from develop and wait for two weeks while addressing downstream broken functionality/assumptions. In this time, I don't think we should make any other releases.

This way, the crystal map shape fix thus doesn't have to wait those two weeks before being released. Other changes will have to wait to be released.
