Add guideline on installing and using QSimPy and explain examples

An instruction should be added in README.md to show steps to install and run examples (with the explanation of the scenario) using QSimPy with two options:

• Directly using QSimPy components (QNode, QTask, Broker)
• Using a sample Gymnasium environment.
