Create staging branch #30

Currently PatchWise only has a main branch and all pull requests are merged directly to main.
Describe the solution you'd like
Create a staging branch for merging changes without merging them to main directly, to allow changes to be tested in psuedo-production during a temporary window. Pull requests from contributors should always be for the staging branch and all tests should still run on PRs for the staging branch.
