Mark PatchWise as active development #34

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently it's not clear that PatchWise is in active development and doesn't offer any guarantees of working as intended.
Describe the solution you'd like
When pip installing, the version should somehow indicate that PatchWise is still in a beta/alpha stage, if 0.x.x is not enough to imply so. The README should also make it obvious that PatchWise is still in active development. The update should also invite users/visitors to contribute 😄
