Proposal:

add the model <-> external URL association on Squiggle Hub
make a browser extension that allows you to edit the "associated model" on any web page
if the page has an associated model, this is reflected in the extension's toolbar icon
when you click on the toolbar icon, a model for the current page is created/opened and you can write your code in the textarea

I expect that this is doable in 1-2 days of work.

Additional features, not necessary for the initial release:

in the "Create" flow, there should be controls for "private" and picking a group/slug
on known prediction markets, we should make an effort to normalize current URL
show public models by other users
for manifold and metaculus, a button for quickly publishing a comment with a link to your model
