Code cell labels do not show in VISUAL MODE outline

Potentially related to #167, but this is about the outline in VISUAL MODE in Positron.

The code cell labels are not shown in the outline when in visual mode, as shown in the screenshot (but they are in the Outline panel when in source mode).

I would love it if you can add cell labels to the quarto visual editor outline in positron.

I mis-posted my related comment twice -- in quarto-cli under Show quarto labels in the quarto visual editor outline panel #12664 and in quarto under Cell names do not show in document outline (VSCode) #167.
