What's title.txt and why it has a different license?

I was forking the code to start a Spanish translation, and I found this title.txt file claiming a CreativeCommons license that's different from the MIT license applied to the repository. Is that CC license applying to something?

It's something to do with google books, I cant really recall, but you're right - there's no reason for the license to be different. I just fixed it.
