Hi @quii, I’m Son. I’m a software developer who is interested in Go so much. Learn Go with Tests really helped me learn Go. And I really would like to contribute to this project.

In Vietnam, Go is rapidly becoming one of the most popular programming languages, especially among new developers and startups building cloud-native applications. However, there are limited resources in Vietnamese to help developers learn Go effectively. Translating “Learn Go with Tests” into Vietnamese would provide an invaluable resource for the growing Go community in Vietnam and help more developers get started with confidence.

If you permit, I can translate the content section by section and submit the completed translations incrementally. I can align with the structure and style of the existing project to ensure consistency and readability. Based on the scope, I estimate that I can complete the translation within 2 months. During this time, I will also ensure thorough review and quality checks for the translations.

Thank you for considering my contribution. I’m really excited about the opportunity to help make this resource accessible to Vietnamese developers!

Hi Son!

Thanks for reaching out. Please check out the guidance I gave recently about translations: #829 (comment)

I would love to hear how, in time, your translation helps out Vietnam with adopting Go, and TDD! :)

Thank you for getting back to me and pointing me to the translation guidelines! I’ll review the details in #829 and ensure I follow the process outlined there.

I’m really excited about the opportunity to contribute to this project and help the Vietnamese community embrace Go and TDD. I’ll keep you updated on the progress as I work on the translation, and I’m happy to share any feedback or impact I notice once it’s out there.

Thank you again for your support and for creating such an amazing resource for learning Go!
