Hi there. First I'd like to say thanks for this book. I'm currently using it to add tests to a project for the first time.
I know this issue is a little nit-picky but I thought I would raise it nonetheless.
Is it possible to format the PDF pages so that they use all/most of the width of the page? The left and right margins on the PDF are taking up around two fifths of the width of the page and wasting a lot of screen space. (I'm less bothered about the top and bottom margins, but they are likewise also quite large.)
Is it possible to reduce the margin considerably, or perhaps generate a second PDF with reduced margins? It would mean more information on-screen (which I would prefer, but understand that this might not be preferable for all), and fewer pages overall.
Thanks for your consideration.
