For contributors introduction page is written as a conceptual page.

The contributing to the ETM page, which can be found in contrib/intro is written like it's a draft section and has no real information.

I propose we either remove the page or give an overview of what can be found on this section of the documentation.

I think it should be the introduction to the "For contributors" pages. I agree that it is strange that it's written in the future tense. I propose we touch it up a bit, but don't add too much new information to it.
