Validate if users exists in the database

Expected behavior: When creating a db user that exists I expect to see an error. I created a root user but that failed as I can see in the logs
Actual behavior: This page looks as if everything went ok and I can't edit username or password.

Hmm that's actually a good point, i will try to see if we can find a way to add some kind of check to it :)
