The concept and code for this project was written for my ongoing masters thesis. Variations on the source code in /bin were originally written for my project for BIOF 501A, which can be found at https://github.com/rachadele/biof501_proj. The outline of the workflow described in https://github.com/rachadele/biof501_proj was also used in the Label transfer section of my CPSC final report.
