Group ERROR log should not be error #1935
Description
When a group goes in ERROR that message is logged as error. This is not a system error and unnecessarily clutters error logs. It should be logged as a message in otter but as an error in cloud feeds but unfortunately, there is info-to-info and err-to-err mapping from otter to cloudfeeds. The mapping may need to be changed to accomplish this.
