Unable to set Access-Control-Allow-Origin and other headers on uploaded files

I'm not seeing any way to set headers such as Access-Control-Allow-Origin or Access-Control-Allow-Methods, or any headers from the CLI. Is this on the roadmap or have I perhaps missed something in the documentation?
