We need a privacy policy. We are collecting data on people as they donate, such as email etc. We should make sure people know we protect their privacy and don't sell their data. something like that :)

actually, this should be pretty important and I'm surprised no one called us out on it yet. Is there a way to implement it for this year still?

This is quite an old issue, but it would be great to implement if possible. Is there something one can adopt like the way one can adopt a Code of Conduct or the MIT Licence for open source projects.
