Opacity doesn't work on Windows 11

Opacity not working with any of the backends on Windows 11 (GPU -> 4090 RTX). My driver version is 572.47 if that helps.

I already posted this comment on another issue, but sadly it was closed as spam. Posting here since I still have this issue.

I'm glad to assist with sending logs or anything to help with the investigation.

Hey @raphamorim thanks for replying. Here's the log which I took with DEBUG log level. Let me know if I should change that or help in any other way.
