All data disappeared after Force Quit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Force Quit the app
2. All projects, tasks and timesheet records are gone from the UI
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see all my data, but I don't see any, just New Projec/New Task with 0 
hours against it

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Intel
or PPC computer?
TT - Version 1.3.13 (1.3.13)
Mac OS X 10.9
