[Bug]: Settings->infrastructure: Strange Error and API

Describe the bug

As you can see all PVE are up and running:

i don't understand the error message.

Furthermore:

• API keys ??? I would say URL!!! ( not listed as API ).
  -those url containing IP's are old and no longer valid!!!! ( my PVE has moved from 10.32.21.x/24 to 10.32.20.x/22 )

To reproduce

go to Settings -> infrastructure

Expected behavior

No error message, No API info on each node. I use one API for the whole proxmox cluster.
My cluster is up and running, and Pulse is running/reporting fine... :-)

• I verified the exact Pulse version and image reference from the running instance.
• I searched existing issues for duplicates.
