Hi there, thank you for the project! (I want to make sure this information is available / accessible to everyone.)

Is there any update on changes / migration (if any) for 5.x?

Does 5.x fix deprecation warnings?

I looked around here:

It's become hard to check for changes, please at least point to https://github.com/react-component/tooltip/releases from CHANGELOG.md, so we can quickly find the new source of truth :)
