:thinking: tool_shlock_helper should be moved to a sub-module file.

🤔 This should be moved to a sub-module file as it is used in many projects. No real issue with merging though so this issue hass been opened for the task.

- fixed sparse checkouts
- symlinks and staging area
- git-hooks and staging area
