CommandQueue does not remove abort signal handler when command is sent

The abort event listener added here isn't removed when the command is sent.

I've already fixed it locally in the v5 branch, but the v5 release might take some time.. I think I'll "cherry-pick" this fix to master and release a "patch" version. Will keep you posted.

BTW, this is one of the reasons this feature is not documented...
