Alternate UOMs for Part

Allow for selection of alternate UOMs and conversion factor to default UOM for parts.

The system will then permit the user to select the default UOM or one of the alternate UOMs when requesting for the part.

When performing a stock adjustment, issue, receipt, or other operation on inventory, the system would allow the user to select the UOM for the operation. The quantity would be converted to the base UOM for the part using the conversion specified in the alternate UOMs defined for the part.
