Issue parts from Service Request; Quantity change history #40
Description
The list of parts on the service request has a quantity attribute; this is the issued quantity. When setting the issued quantity, the quantity in the store would be reduced by the same amount. The store amount must not fall below zero. The issued quantity can be negative, which indicates that the part is being returned.
A history of any transactions being performed against the inventory must be present within the system.
