Description
We need to allow users to send messages that include links, bold/italic/strikethrough, media previews, etc. This means that the messages that we send will need to include either some special formatting or some special metadata or both. I don't really know what the best solution for this problem is. Viktor suggested something called prose mirror, which I understand @matejcsok-ee has some experience with. I looked into prose mirror and could not tell whether it's the right tool for this particular job, but maybe it is.
For this issue I'd like @matejcsok-ee or @Aaron-EE to look into potential solutions and come up with an implementation plan. If the path forward seems very clear right away, then a proof of concept would be awesome. Otherwise, just starting a discussion and looking into potential solutions is fine.
