[Question]: How to actually invoke while specifying a specific workspace?

I'm trying to incorporate this in my monorepo, but I don't see anywhere in this [readme](https://github.com/release-it-plugins/workspaces/blob/master/README.md) or the [readme section for monorepos](https://github.com/release-it/release-it/blob/main/docs/recipes/monorepo.md) inside `release-it` where it shows how to trigger a release for a single workspace. Is this simply not possible?
