[feature] Legal Checkbox caching #5421

What problem does this new feature solve?
Hello.
I'm uncomfortable with checking legal checkbox every page reload with disconnected wallet or website page revisit.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add createAppKit({}) option "cacheLegalCheckbox" that make it unchecked on first user website wallet connection and on repeated visit it should be checked by default
