Great project! Thanks for your work! I have an idea: what if we use a version of FLUX that has already been fine-tuned on portraits as the base model instead of the standard FLUX?
There are open-source versions of FLUX trained specifically on portraits that achieve better results in generating faces and fine details. If we start from such a model, LoRA fine-tuning could produce even higher-quality results, especially for personalized face generation and realistic portraits.
I’d love to hear your thoughts:
Have you seen any existing solutions like this?
How could this be implemented in a simple way? I’m willing to pay for the modification if it can be done quickly.
