You can enable the Wi-Fi device toggle switch simply by pressing the settings / cog wheel and then closing the popup window. |

I remember this problem happening once before when [Pi4] appeared at the start of the config.txt file. Anything other than a Pi4 did not read the file. I can't check if this has reappeared, as I have reverted to 20241118, which works better for me at the moment. |

When searching for similar issues before posting this, I saw that #1543 and #356 appeared to be similar in nature. I have only seen this issue on my RPi 5B and not my RPi 4B, RPi 3B+, or RPi 3B RPi 5B Rev 1.0 & Topping E70 Jim |

I spoke too soon - I am also seeing this issue of the RPi4B in addition to the RPi5B |

Additional info when testing with rAudio 20250627: If my USB attached DAC (Topping E70) is NOT connected I cannot generate the problem (tested with RPi 5B Rev 1.0 and RPi 4B Rev 1.5) The problem immediately appears anytime if the USB DAC is connected and the Rpi is warm or cold started ((tested with RPi 5B Rev 1.0 and RPi 4B Rev 1.5)). Attached is the status log (RPi 5B Rev 1.0) taken immediately after warm start with USB DAC connected. Jim |

Applied the UPDATE Wifi does NOT activate itself with warm or cold start on my Rpi5 with the USB DAC attached - bravo!! Only remaining issue is that the library did NOT automatically mount the storage device (NAS). Manually mounting the storage device succeeds without further issue. |

Same behavior when using my RPi 4B Rev 1.5 with the UPDATE |

Running rAudio 20250422 on Raspberry Pi 5B Rev 1.0 with wired Ethernet connection
After cycling power to the RPi, the system automatically activates the Wi-Fi device although this feature has not been enabled, Wi-Fi connection has never been defined, and access point is disabled.
Although a wired Ethernet connection is up and running, the system boots without automatically RE-mounting a previously defined and working NFS storage mount.
Manually remounting the NFS storage works without issue, but you cannot disable the Wi-Fi connection as it is "currently active".
