gh release fails with 'HTTP 403: Resource not accessible by integration' #32

The release.sh CI script is failing after the move under to resend org.

+ gh release create v0.0.13 '--notes=Release v0.0.13' artifacts/resend-cli-win-x64-0.0.13.zip artifacts/resend-cli-linux-x64-0.0.13.zip artifacts/resend-cli-osx-x64-0.0.13.zip
HTTP 403: Resource not accessible by integration (https://api.github.com/repos/resend/resend-dotnet/releases)
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.
