Popover resizing itself improperly

Checking the stackblitz, was this first example added there? I'm looking at the second to last example but it looks different from your screenshot

not sure how the bolt stuff always works. :/ Maybe you could pull the repo/branch locally?

@blvdmitry just a heads-up, im pushing forward still with floating-ui, but will circle back to this with an easier reproduction soon...
