Custom Labels for Clusters & Deployments (for backstage)

Hello,
I would like to be able to add custom labels for backstage integration.

I would like to be able to specify these in the CRD.

Not just labels, annotations would be useful as well. We are managing restateCluster deployments via argoCD, and it would be great to see resources in custom namespace created by restateCluster.

It would also be very nice of supporting custom labels on the cluster pods to allow for Azure Workload Identity usage, that unfortunately requires Pod labels that want to use it: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/aks/workload-identity-overview?tabs=python#pod-labels

So, some fields like spec.compute.podMetadata.labels (or podLabels), similar to what other operators expose would be a great addition.
