Support saving project

It would be great that could save the map project and share with other people

Maybe allow for saving everything as a GeoPackage? There is styling possible, and so far it's the only format I know that can save raster and multiple, different vector layers.

The geopackage crate doesn't seem to be took active and doesn't support raster yet though... I did get it to compile+run for wasm by pointing the rusqlite dependency to rusqlite/rusqlite/#1010

edit: there's also https://github.com/Spxg/sqlite-wasm-rs/tree/master which seems to work, rusqlite/rusqlite/#1643
