Document downstream sync process #19
Description
Every now and then, we synchronize upstream releases to our downstream forks. It can be because we want to bring a certain fix or enhancement downstream or just that we are approaching an OCP release and want to pin the version of a particular project.
We currently don't have any documentation around this process besides for this feature freeze release checklist, so it would be great to add one to the handbook.
