Cannot change Websocket idle timeout

There doesn't seem to be a way to change the default 30 second Websocket idleTimeout.

There isn't currently, but I'll add that to the TODO for the next version. In the meantime, there's rj9a which I believe supports it, and a periodic ping will also keep the socket open.
