Conflict with SSL.conf and other vhost

Hi @robertdebock , I have a strange issue I referenced there : https://lists.apache.org/thread/m80wsgdzs6ytvj6lj8kvdxgtwoqjhznm

Changing LimitRequestLine in a vhost is not considered when the vhost of your ssl.conf is set.
Commenting the vhost in ssl.conf solve the issue
