Sell Limits

I like the anti-whale provisions from other contracts where only 10% of tokens could be sold from a wallet and then there is a waiting period to sell 10% of tokens again. One Week is a good time for that waiting period.

I am also interested in adding a waiting period from when tokens are purchased or received from a transfer before they are able to be sold through an exchange. One Month would be a good test for this initial waiting period.

Contract needs to be updated to 1 week and 1 month for the waiting periods after testing is complete.
