Firmware version of Noah is not correct

Hi,

the firmware of a device is reported "not fully correct", an important part is missing.

And the firmware version is not available as a sensor, just in the device information).

The typical firmware version a Noah (and I guess Nexa as well) device reports consist of two separate firmware versions.

E.g. my currently reported software version in the ShinePhone app is 19.19.12.4020

This consists of two separate values:

19.19.12 is the firmware version of the Noah itself, and 4020 (4.0.2.0) the Firmware of the "datalogger" (the internal communication device).

The firmware of the datalogger can change independently from the Noah firmware.
In the past I had an update from 4.0.1.9 [4019] (the version that currently most people have) to 4.0.2.0 while the Noah firmware (first three numbers) did not change.

Yesterday I had a change of the Noah firmware 18.17.11 to 19.19.12 (manual request in a support case) and the datalogger firmware version persisted.

So, I guess the search to the correct value for the firmware version continues.

I think I have found candidates for parts of the firmware versions of a Nexa 2000. My current firmware version is 14.12.14.11.9000.4023.

As stated in #201, the datalogger version 4.0.2.3 comes from the noah message FE19.

The 9000 part seems to be Nexa specific and might come from message type 259, see #198.

In the cyclic status message that comes every 5 seconds, there appears this sequence 0e 0c 0e 0b (register 119 and 120), which is the hexadecimal representation of 14 12 14 11.

@frankfrommelt Could you set your log level to debug and see if there is a hexadecimal representation of 19.19.12 in the cyclic messages. Maybe something like one of the following?

13 13 0c 00

00 13 00 13 00 0c

Edit: 14.12.14.11.9000.4023 is the version that shows up in the ShinePhone app. For the new ShinePhone 2.0 app it is just 14.12.14.11.4023. Which makes it more likely that there are 3 different sources for the firmware version of the Nexa.

@frankfrommelt This is very promising. You didn't enable debug log with an older firmware by any chance?

As you have stated that you don't have a regular firmware, maybe some other Noah owner could confirm that their firmware version shows up in the status message as well.

Can confirm that software version 18 17 11 is in the log of a Noah:

Mine is actually on 18.17.11.4019

Have made a sensor for the Noah Software Version . What I can´t find ist 4019 in the logs. My Noah is on 18.17.11.4019
