Feature "binding" mechanoid DB with mechanoid Net #207

This would be an enormous task but it would be wonderfull if there was some kind of "glue" between mechanoid DB and Net by glue i mean entities in Net being able to map onto an Active Record.

Have a look to #193 , it doesn't solve it, but you see what's already discussed
