Switch SunCard to 24hr time format

I really like your beta of Lively Weather.
But the "sun" dial would be really much better if it had 24-hours support.
Many people in the northern Europe (Norway here) use english language but the country has 24-hour clocks and does not use AM/PM.

I'm getting the 24-hour system, so I presume that either it was changed in an update or it depends on your time settings in Windows.

My [Windows 10] system shows AM/PM, but the app shows 24hr time. ?
