Can't install RocksDict with Python 3.14

If you try to install RocksDict with Python 3.14 using pip install rocksdict, the following error appears:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement rocksdict (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for rocksdict

When trying to run on Python 3.14 had to update py03 version number to 0.26 and now it works.
