Is it possible to not allow some control comments but allow others?

Something like

puppet-lint --fail_control_comments --allow_line120_control

Not at the moment, it's not a feature that has been requested before. I'm not opposed to the idea but I'll probably target it for 3.x when I introduce a more structured configuration file so that I don't end up adding an overwhelming number of command flags.
